I suffered from post covid for more than 16 months. I was not able to take proper care of my hygiene; relentless coughing prevented me from sleeping well; I neglected house work and was absent from work for long periods of time. In spite of blood tests, X-rays done and using lots of multi-vitamins as well as searching advice on the internet, I did not recover. I was thoroughly assessed by Dr. Hall on 14 March 2024. I appreciate Dr. Halls' holistic approach: she attended to my physical symptoms, mental health, social functioning and overall wellbeing. I received medication to help me sleep; I received information on healthy eating and intermittent fasting as well as information on rest and stress reduction. I appreciate the fact that I had a follow-up telephonic consultation after 2 months to have my recovery status assessed. From feeling hopeless and depressed, I now have hope after implementing the sound, professional advice and care I received. I am very grateful for this service and hope that fellow sufferers from long covid, would be aware of this VITAL and amazing service.

My experience speaking to Dr Rebecca Hall was very informative, she listened to everything i said. Her knowledge with long covid was very comforting, making me feel that it wasn't just in my head. Made me feel at ease when speaking , also supported me through some links she was sending me. Not a bad thing can be said with my first meeting, Job was made for her.

So pleased to have finally found a Dr that really listens and seems to really care about improving my health. After suffering from Long Covd/ Chronic Fatigue for nearly two years she was a great source of help. She gave me confidence in what I am doing, along with positive suggestions and recommnedations for future approaches. I would 100% recommned her.

I am so lucky to have found such an amazing doctor at The Glastonbury surgery. Dr Hall is such a dedicated and caring doctor who always takes the time to talk. She's also an incredible musician who believes in helping others holistically as well as traditionally. As someone who suffers from pain, I had lost motivation for many years in many things but I can honestly say that Dr Hall is the first doctor to have made a difference. Her sense of humour and ability to really connect with a patient is amazing. The staff at the surgery are kind and I have only ever had a very positive experience since joining the surgery.

I can safely say that Dr Hall is one of the most (if not the most) consistently empathetic and engaged doctors that I have ever dealt with. As someone with a history of ME/CFS and now suffering long covid, I am very aware that I live with conditions to which there is no known treatment, and that this can sometimes be difficult to offer advice for. Having had a fair number of unhelpful and even straight-up upsetting experiences with various doctors over the years, I tend not to be overly eager to contact the doctor when my health is bad. However, each time that I have seen or spoken with Dr Hall she has remained interested and concerned, willing to listen and determined to consistently try and find ways in which to help me manage the various symptoms which I experience and which can prove to be extremely limiting. In addition, she is always upbeat and positive - seemingly small things which I personally find make a huge difference. It is very rare to felt seen when suffering from an invisible chronic illness, and I honestly cannot thank Dr Hall enough for the help and support that she has provided.
